This little sweetheart will gracefully slip over your shifter stalk to mate with the OEM shift boot and produce a deliciously seamless join.

I was expecting a ziptie to tie the retainer to the boot but my package was missing that. I had to go out of my way to purchase a pack of zipties. Otherwise great product.
